Objectives
Development and Clinical Evaluation of new antibody based assays for the rapid detection of new respiratory viruses in the elderly
Description of work
Production of recombinant baculoviruses/E. coli expressing proteins of respiratory viruses. Production of purified recombinant proteins of respiratory viruses. Obtention of hybridomas producing specific MAbs against the different protein of respiratory viruses. Development of diagnostic methods (ELISAs, immunochromatographies) for antibodies/antigens detection.
